2) The top four CTOs alone account for 63% of likes, 79% of comments and 82% of reposts. This is not an audience problem — it is a participation gap. 6 CTOs published nothing in the window — deep domain authority that does not currently appear in market conversations.

3) The largest unlock is structural, not creative. Cisco does not need new thought leaders; it needs to scale a small number of proven voices and activate the Invisible Experts with even modest publishing cadence. Authority compounds with frequency.
